Welcome to Blue, a water delivery SaaS product. These Terms of Service
("Terms") govern your use of the Service, and by using the Service,
you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms of Service ("Terms")
govern your access to and use of BLUE. Please read these Terms
carefully before using the Service.
2. Definitions
"Account" means a customer's registered account with the Service.
"Customer" or "you" means the individual or entity registering for the
Service.
"Water Delivery" means the delivery of water to the
Customer's designated location.
“Order” means a request placed by a customer.
3. Use of the Service
- Customers must register for an Account to use the Service.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years or older to create an
account.
- The Service is intended for personal or commercial use.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their
Account and password.

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that
interferes with or disrupts the Service or its servers and networks.
This includes but is not limited to hacking, scraping, or
transmitting viruses.
4. Payments

Pricing: Prices for water products are set by the manufacturer.
Customers get water products at factory price. This can be subject
to change without warning.

Blue charges a service fee of five hundred naira (#500) on every
order.

Payment Methods: Customers must provide a valid payment method
(e.g., debit card).

Customers could fund their wallet through their debit card and get
credits which will automatically be charged when Customers makes an
order.
- Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Customers can cancel their Account at any time.

In the event of a customer account cancellation in the middle of an
active order, the customer will receive their order in full before
the account is cancelled.

Refunds will be issued for unused credits back to their wallets.
6. Delivery

Delivery Coverage: We are only operational in all the local
governments in BAYELSA STATE.

Delivery Area: We deliver to specific areas within Nigeria. Please
check our delivery coverage before placing an order.

Delivery Times: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending
on factors such as weather conditions and order volume.

Water Delivery schedules and availability are subject to change.

Customers must ensure someone is present to receive Water Delivery
or make arrangements where necessary.
7. Limitation of Liability

Blue ltd shall not be liable for damages or losses resulting from
the Service or Water Delivery.

The Service is not responsible for damages or losses of water
product after delivery.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis,
without warranties of any kind.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis,
without warranties of any kind.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
the laws of BAYELSA STATE, NIGERIA.

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved through
binding arbitration.

- Blue reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

to these Terms.
